What do you need to do to enrol your child at Manaia Community Preschool?
Our Administration Manager will take you through the enrolment process. To ensure your child receives a place at our centre, as close to their third birthday as possible we invite enrolments when your child is two years of age.
Please ensure you have the necessary documentation (birth certificate and immunisation record) to ensure you are able to complete the enrolment process. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once your enrolment is complete you will be placed on our waiting list. As your child's third birthday approaches our Administrative Manager will contact you to discuss a starting date and the beginning of your transition visits.
Key information
- We are licensed for 40 three and four year old children
- Two year old children may be accepted from time to time (*please ask for more information)
- Ministry of Education Quality Ratio of 2:20
- Children provide their own morning tea and lunch in a named lunch box with a water bottle.
- ECE Hours: ECE hours are offered
* The Ministry of Education fund the first 20 hours of Early Childhood Education. All or part of these can be used at Manaia Community Preschool.
